G:FIT Bootcamp is all-inclusive fitness program in Palo Alto dedicated to serving the community by emphasizing and teaching the importance of fitness to all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We use an outdoor training circuit that incorporates gym modalities like TRX, weights, battle ropes, and jump ropes, but the most important piece of equipment is your own body!

Our classes are an hour in length and welcome all ages and fitness levels. It’s a flexible schedule - you choose the days of the week and the class times. We hold classes outdoors at the Cubberly Community Center track all year, with a sheltered area for any wet days. Many of us have been working out together for over a decade, so we can’t wait to welcome you into the G:FIT family!

Cardio Circuit

Choose your own form of cardio exercises - walking, jogging, running, sprints. We will focus on running form, sprint drills and cadence to help you be more efficient with your movement.

Weight Training

Resistance training is important to improve your ability to do every day activities. We provide dumbbells in conjunction with your bodyweight to get your body to a super ideal strength level.

Agility & Flexibility

We bring out the toys - TRX, Battle Ropes, Jump Ropes, Medicine Balls, Ladders and work on agility, balance, and abs. You’ll get faster and more agile while having fun.

At Cubberly Cummunity Center, Palo Alto

We hold our classes at the Cubberly Community Center right here in Palo Alto, but we are easily accessible from Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, Atherton, Redwood City or other Bay Area cities. G:FIT is an outdoor general fitness program that invites all ages. The goals of our classes are to build community, provide quality gym instruction, and to create a fun workout experience. We work out Monday through Friday, 4 classes a day. We will bootcamp on rainy, sunny, cold or hot days. G:FIT provides every thing you need to exercise; weights, jump ropes, agility ladders, yoga mats, and fun conversation. Just bring your own water bottle.
