Classes are Monday through Friday. Each class lasts one hour and starts at 6am, 7am, 8:30am on the beautiful campus of Cubberley Community Center in Palo Alto. The Cubberley Track will be under construction until October; You could find us between buildings G4 and M4 daily (Monday - Friday). YOGA Friday ($20 drop in for non-members) !! Jamie practices Yoga in room G4 at Cubberley. Every other Friday we meet at Wilbur Field or Cantor Museum. Stay in Touch for updates and schedule changes. We are a mobile group:) Text me if you have any issue locating our class 650.906.3036. On Monday and Wednesday we cross-train, TRX and H.I.I.T. ! Tuesday and Thursday we add some weights into the mix with total body strengthening.
New! Noon Bootcamp Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Meet at the Patio Plaza 437 Cowper St. in Palo Alto (between Denodo Technologies and BofA). A little music and all bodyweight exercises - bring a mat.
